The 31st Ward is a vibrant community made up of proud neighbors, local businesses, and families who have built strong roots across Chicago’s Northwest Side. From everyday quality-of-life issues to long-term neighborhood investment, our goal is simple: make it easier to live, work, and thrive here.

The Ward Office assists residents with city service requests, neighborhood concerns, permits and local coordination, and communication about ward initiatives. We work with city departments and community partners to help address issues and improve quality of life.
