Block Party
Please download and complete the application. All applications must be submitted in person to our office; emailed applications will not be accepted. Only applications obtained directly from our website or picked up in our office will be approved.
Disability Parking
After handicap sign applications are submitted, they go through an approval and installation process that typically takes between 6 and 10 months.
Garage Sale Permit
All garage sale permits must be reviewed, signed, and assigned by our office staff. You may print and bring your application to our office for processing, where a permit number will be assigned and authorized by a staff member. Please note that conducting a garage sale without the appropriate permit may result in being asked to shut down.

Residential Permit Parking
Once you submit the petition to our office, it will be processed and reviewed by committee and City Council. The full process, including sign installation/removal, can take up to 10 months. If you would like an update on your block’s status, please contact our office directly.
